Answers for getting your shop ready.
SellLink is designed to be usable from an inexpensive Android phone, with clear pointers for merchants and customers.
How do I launch?
Register, choose your shop name, open Product catalogue in the dashboard, then add a physical product, digital offer, service or event ticket. Your public storefront is available immediately.
How should I describe an offer?
Use plain language: who it is for, the outcome, the price, availability, options and any secure HTTPS customer link. The more useful details you publish, the more helpful SellLink’s recommendations become.
Does the assistant make up information?
The default assistant reads the shop’s active catalogue and recommends only published options. If a product or policy is not published, it says that it cannot confirm the detail. Prices, stock and totals are validated again on the server when an order request is submitted.
How does the free trial and payment work?
Every new merchant gets five qualified conversations. After that limit, the assistant pauses until the merchant opens Credits & billing, chooses a package and completes payment on SeevCash’s secure hosted checkout. Verified credits then appear in the ledger. The launch rate is GHS 0.50 per qualified conversation, and demo payment completion is disabled when DEMO_MODE=false.
Can customers pay for products here?
The current workflow creates an order request. Merchants may provide a secure HTTPS customer link or arrange product payment directly. SellLink does not custody merchant sales proceeds or mark an order paid without verified payment.
