What the MVP stores
Merchant account details, catalogue content, customer order-request details, conversation messages, credit ledger entries, payment references and audit events may be stored to operate the service.
Minimization
Customers do not need an account for a public storefront. Merchants should collect only the contact information needed to respond to an order request. Never place payment credentials or mobile-money PINs in SellLink AI.
Before production
Complete a Ghana data-protection review, define retention and deletion periods, document processor relationships, publish a lawful privacy notice and implement verified account deletion/export workflows.
