Service scope
SellLink AI provides storefront, catalogue, customer enquiry, order-request and platform-usage services. It does not guarantee sales, uptime or revenue.
Merchant responsibility
Merchants are responsible for accurate product information, lawful fulfilment, customer communications, taxes, inventory and any direct product payments arranged outside the platform.
Credits
Prepaid credits are non-transferable service rights subject to the applicable refund and chargeback policy. The pricing engine is configurable and billing records should remain transparent.
